11 a.m. -- Dressing Rooms & Practice Floor Open
1 p.m. -- Doors Open to Spectators
1:30 p.m. -- Student Showcase Begins
3:30 p.m. -- Student Showcase Concludes
3:30-4 p.m. -- Judges Feedback & Awards
4-6:15 p.m. -- Masterclass Workshops with Kimberley Mitchell, Heriberto Perez, & Nika Obrosova
6:15-6:30 p.m. -- Cocktails & Appetizers
6:30 p.m. -- Dinner
7:30-10 p.m. -- Social Dance Party
 8:15 p.m. -- Pro Showcase
10 p.m. -- Evening Concludes

PARTICIPANT REGISTRATION

Participants: Please speak with your instructor or have your studio owner reach out for details!

Spectators:

  • All-Day Ticket: $100 (adult) 
    Includes the student showcase, cocktail hour, catered dinner, dessert, social dance, and pro show.
  • All-Day Ticket & Masterclass Workshops: $190
  • Masterclass Workshops: $110 for all 3, $40 per individual workshops
  • Student Showcase Only: $20 presale / $25 at the door
  • Social & Pro Show Only: $25 presale / $30 at the door

CHECK IN/REGISTRATION & ADDITIONAL SPECTATOR TICKETS

Each student and guest will need to check in with our registration table upon arrival. Spectator tickets at the door are $20, available on a first-come-first-served basis, and may be purchased with cash or Venmo. 
 

PERFORMER ARRIVAL, DRESSING ROOMS & PRACTICE FLOOR

When performers arrive at the venue, please go in the main doors and follow the signs upstairs to the dressing rooms. We will provide some coat racks for hanging garment bags, tables for getting ready, and mirrors.

The DanceFam Studio floor (East Wing, Second Floor) will be available as a warm up/practice floor during the Student Showcase. There is easy access to it from the Banquet Hall.
